EUROPEAN BLACKJACK is a casino table game similar to standard Blackjack. In European Blackjack the dealer doesn’t receive a hole card until the player has finished making all his decisions including doubling and splitting. The dealer must stand on soft 17 and players can only double on hard totals of 9-11.

The cards are dealt two in rotation from the dealer’s left to right. The dealer’s hand has one card face up. The objective of the European blackjack is to achieve a hand value that is closer to 21 than that of the dealer’s without going over 21.
